First of May

To LOVERS out there!

Do you know what SOUL LOVE is?

Have you ever felt there is another life?

SOUL LOVE life…

DON’T ASK ME WHY…

Yeah! COME FIRST OF MAY

When I was small, and Christmas trees were tall,
we used to love while others used to play.
Don’t ask me why, but time has passed us by,
some one else moved in from far away.

Now we are tall, and Christmas trees are small,
and you don’t ask the time of day.
But you and I, our love will never die,
but guess we’ll cry come first of May.

The apple tree that grew for you and me,
I watched the apples falling one by one.
And I recall the moment of them all,
the day I kissed your cheek and you were gone.

Now we are tall, and Christmas trees are small,
and you don’t ask the time of day.
But you and I, our love will never die,
but guess we’ll cry come first of May.

When I was small, and Christmas trees were tall,
do do do do do do do do do…
Don’t ask me why, but time has passed us by,
some one else moved in from far away.

WOOHOO!!!

Reggae Rocks With My Brothers

My brothers are committed Reggae music artistes for their Band, “KUERDAS”. Their Band had humble beginnings but with their consistency and repertoire, they have now become a household name to the southerners in the Philippines.

Over the years besides attending most of their public performances, I have also noticed that they have always taken great care and attention with their music instruments. While it is an established fact the Filipinos are musically talented and as such, they have a natural leaning for song and dance, but their lackadaisical mentality isn’t something that both my brothers display for their music instruments.

The Band boys and my brothers were discussing excitedly about acquiring the dg-335 in their efforts to upgrade their music performances.

It is amazing how much and for how long they could discuss on a variety of music enhancements and all that mattered was their ability to make the purchase.

Craving for a Girl

The X chromosome is one of the two sex chromosomes in humans. The other is the Y chromosome.

Each person normally has one pair of sex chromosomes in each cell.

Females have two X chromosomes.

Males have one X and one Y chromosome.

The sex chromosomes form one of the 23 pairs of human chromosomes in each cell. The X chromosome spans about 155 million base pairs (the building blocks of DNA) and represents approximately 5 percent of the total DNA in cells.

To attempt comprehending beyond this becomes mind boggling to say the least. It is as difficult as learning Algebra.

6 years after the birth of our second son I said to my wife that it was necessary that our two sons should have a sister. She would be a bonding element between the boys when they became men.

For some inexplicable reason, no matter how high were our aspirations, the X chromosome simply failed to make its presence.

Perhaps I am the one to blame. I am simply superactive during foreplay, midplay and afterplay. It is claimed that when a woman is superactive and takes full charge during sex, only then would it produce a baby girl.

Now, by giving that claim the benefit of the doubt and considering the global ratio between male and female humans, Holly Molly! it would confirm that there are more red hot mamas than men!

Guess what happened? Some time later, a freak Z chromosome showed up and ~tadaa we had to settle for a second-best girl!

Well- Behaved Women Don’t Make History

Though I have yet to prove that indeed, well- behaved women don’t make history, I can’t stop myself from typing it out as the title of this post, LOL!

On board the plane for Manila en route KL, Malaysia

Everytime I sport the Penshoppe shirt showing off the statement “Well- behaved women don’t make history”, I noticed people reading it aloud and obviously, they can’t hide their amusement as evidenced by their smiles ;-)

When I boarded the plane for Manila en route Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2011, I was very excited. On board the plane, I was anticipating that the trip will be filled with so much adventure and loads of fun, being it a Trip for Two.

Star and I agreed to make the most out of this trip. We have to come out of our shells and widen our horizons by taking a big leap in visiting a country that we never have been before- Singapore.

My travel to Malaysia was my second while it was the umpteen times for Star, LOL!

At NAIA

However, our plan to have a tour in Singapore was something new and we had to do it by land.

I have to admit that there were some apprehensions. But these were towered over by too much excitement. What we’ve got in hand was only the SG maps that Star’s beloved, Jimmy, printed for us with some written instructions at the back which Jimmy himself took the effort to write.

You can just imagine the look on our faces when the coach finally reached Singapore at almost 10PM. We were very happy that we’ve made it despite the odds!

Jewelry Acquisition

I love jewelries! I know it is one good investment apart from land acquisitions.

However, it is the only one thing for now that I have not yet done. I have some purchases before but it is not really of great value. I intend to do some really valuable purchases one day because I know in time, it will appreciate.

I wonder if baraka jewelry can be something of great value too. Well, I just hope that working my a$$ off can somehow help me achieve my goal of acquiring some really valuable jewelries very soon.
