We’ve heard that one before and it is usually said as a defiant repartee.
However, there is a new twist to it. While reading Yahoo News, there was this Article which said:
about $18 million went to nearly 72,000 people who were dead, according to the report by the Social Security Administration’s inspector general.
This referred to payments in the U.S., which were part of last year’s massive economic recovery package and were meant to increase consumer spending to help stimulate the economy.
After this revelation, it questions the idiom that DEAD MAN TELL NO TALES!
