My Boss loves to smoke cigars. He never misses his cigars and he does look funny during Staff meetings when he not only smokes them but I have seen him chomping on his cigar when he is upset.
A few of us complained to him that his cigar smoke was offensive when the door of the Meeting Room is shut closed and the cigar smoke irritates our eyes. The ventilation in the door shut Meeting Room is poor and the Facility technicians has not been able to improve it further.
The Boss decided to change his cigars to macanudo cigars and that helped improve the situation somewhat.
