Searching For My Home Sweet Home

I have always dreamed of living in a simple yet nice home. A place where I can really call my home. There are lots of ideas that I have to decorate and accessorize my home sweet home.

I used to think about building a house on the property that my Mom bought me. It was a piece of residential lot that she purchased few years back. It’s not the same with those that are offered in oak island nc real estate which are homes by the beach. Nothing like that, really.

My plan was to have a nice home built in it contrary to the plans that my Mom had in mind. She always wanted an apartment built instead of a home so that we can profit from it. Just lately, I think she’s right. It looks like I’m not going to reside there, anyway. So it’s better to have an apartment of a boardinghouse built there instead. My Mom will very much agree to that for sure.

As for my home, I think I have to search for one sometime soon. But not in the province. I’m thinking about getting one here in Manila. Based on what’s going on with my life right now, having a home here in Manila is a good idea.

Honesty And Integrity Shown At NAIA

What would you do if you find a pouch filled with money in different denominations that’s worth P1.2 million? It may make you think twice about returning it right? But not Mary Jennifer Doroga, the janitress at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

What fist came to her mind was worry for the owner who left the pouch. She didn’t even count the money when she saw it and proceeded to the lost and found section of NAIA. According to her, she didn’t think about keeping it because she believed it wouldn’t be a good karma. It somehow made me wonder if she’s for real. I hope she is because I really admire her honesty.

No one has claimed the money yet. I read an article saying that if no one will ever claim it, it will be owned by the government. I wish they will somehow give something back to Mary Jennifer although she doesn’t ask anything in return for her simple act of kindness. But she gained the admiration not only of her co-employees and her bosses at the airport but everyone who reads her story of honesty and integrity.

Can’t Wait To See Brandon And Xyle

There are 2 babies I’m so excited to see on my homecoming! My younger brother’s son who’s now getting bigger and naughtier – Brandon and the always-smiling-cute Xyle who is Lainy and her family’s Morning Dew.

I can’t wait to see both of them soon! I won’t be able to give them a disney world vacation yet but I can buy them some gifts that they will definitely love! Disney world? Uhm.. Maybe (just maybe..) when they get a little bigger. LOL!

Summer Heat Is Killing Me!

My room is normally not hot even if it’s 36degrees Celsius outside. But lately, since the weather temperature, I guess, increased for this summer season, I can now feel the heat even in my room. My sleep is now interrupted because I feel the humidity already. I wish I have one of those hunter outdoor ceiling fans inside my room. LOL! I know it won’t fit though. Or better, an air-condition unit to help me get enough sleep. Even if it means I’ll be paying more for the electricity. Sigh! This summer heat is killing me!

Organizing My Little Pad

It’s not nice to be in a very messy and unorganized room. It’s a shame to have a visitor see your place with your stuff all over the place.

I used to have little knowledge about organizing my room until a friend of mine taught me. My mother wanted us to be well organized with our stuffs but she never taught us how. So when I saw the neatness of this friend of mine when it comes to her home, I told myself, I can do that as well.

Although I’m not that consistent, I still was able to manage to somehow put everything in place. Like placing my jackets or worn pants on the racks. I just realized I needed to replace the one I have at home. I will have to check out CoatRacks.com for wall coat racks. Anyway, I make sure to put my laundry on my hamper right away and to arrange my clothes in my closet as soon as I was able to iron them. I like looking at my organized closet whenever I’m done cleaning up. I won’t be ashamed entertaining guests and have some of my friends sleep over since they won’t have anything to criticize about my room. It’s all just spic and span!

The Child In Me

I always believe that everybody has the child in us. It’s always fun that despite our age, we seek to have fun and sometimes opt to act like children again. These will make us feel and look young, don’t all agree?

I remember when my friends and I decided to go to Manila zoo last year. All of us were not teenagers anymore but it was really fun looking at those animals in the zoo. We were running kids in the vicinity and even played on the slides in the zoo’s playground. It was really fun!

Weeehhh! I want to do it again!

My Dream of Owning My Own House

Like everyone else, I dream of owning my own house one day. I want to design my own house and I would love to make my room the best place ever in the house. It would not be too bad to have an overbed table, is it not?

Oh well!

I just feel that it is now high time for me to start working on making this dream a reality. I need to work doubly hard to save up enough dime.

Blog Addict No More

When I lived solo last year, I saw to it that I have my own wireless networking. It made life easier and more convenient for me everytime I do my online chores. So far, I did not encounter any problems with my speed connection and anything related to it. I feel happy I’ve switched ISP many years back.

I can still remember myself expressing my angst to no end at my blogs with my previous ISP. I was at the height then of my blogging addiction, LOL! So just imagine myself feeling so itchy to connect to the internet and look after my babies

Though I am no longer hooked to blogging, I am still grateful that I chose a very good ISP and yes, happy too that I have wireless networking
