Elton John sang “Sorry seems to be the hardest word”. I would say that it runs in tandem with Thank You seems to be the most underrated word.
Thank you are merely two monosyllabic words and it would spring from the kindred words, Love You. That goes to prove what any psychologist would attest to – that every human action or reaction is associated.
It’s just plain and simple – Thank You. I’d understand if it is omitted because it’s SUPERCALIFRAGLISTICEXPIELIDOCIOUS for thank you.
We have reached a sorry stage. Man has to return basics. Basics in this instance would be to learn from the animals. You know like how a dog wags his tail after being given a bone. Or like how my pet rabbits lick my hand or my foot when given food. It’s such a basic gesture in the animal kingdom.
Now, consider how this comes across when a Blogger is able to write like there is no tomorrow, Post after Post, and elsewhere Comment after Comment, but this simple expression, Thank You is not within the Blogger’s vocabulary.
Okay, I will have to accept it is beyond the Blogger’s natural ability to wag his tail or to lick my hand or foot. It would be nice though if the tail wagged the dog to remind that if not for gratitude at the least, gentlemanly decorum should prevail. Even boxers handshake before they punch and bloody each other silly.
And after all, he is not an animal but a person of considerable education.
But then again, the Blogger has no tail. Definitely an undeniable specimen of Darwin’s theory for the Evolution of Man. But even so, one would expect the Ape to raise his eyebrows and scratch his underarms as an Ape would when displaying surprise and pleasure. Alas! the Ape can only do that when given peanuts.
I speak of one who is neither human nor animal. Just a zombie floating around in Blogosphere pretending to be what he is not.

…with a ladle in her hand

Once Upon A Time it would have been …with a rolling pin in her hand

Not anymore. In this case, not for Malaysian women.
This Malaysian woman reportedly fought off a Tiger from mauling her husband to death – with the use of a ladle.
Yeah a Tiger like this one…

She hit the beast on its head with the ladle and the Tiger soon realized that hell knows no fury than a Malaysian woman scorned. It ran off for its dear life.
Now, that man has sworn that he would not even think of cheating on his wife…

This year we will experience 4 unusual dates.
The dates are 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11
Now, check out this amazing formula.
Figure this out.
Take the last 2 digits of the year you were born
Add to it the age you will be on your birthday this year
It WILL EQUAL TO 111.
Did it work for you?
INTERESTING HUH !!!

My cousin Yolafe was one of the bridesmaids in my cousin’s wedding last December. I have heard her whining that her acnes never stops sprouting from nowhere. She said she already was able to find a treatment for it but she was surprised to see one day upon looking at herself in the mirror that it made her acne look worse! She said she gets depressed everyday everytime she looks at herself in the mirror.
My other cousin, Allena, who also is a blogger like me, heard her complaining about her sad experience of the acne product. She recommended accutane. She boasted that her face even looked worst for the previous months but when I looked at her while she talk, I can see no traces of acne!
That is truly amazing!

I have previously blogged that I once contemplated of getting a nursing degree as a second course. I used to hate Math and Science but surprisingly, after I took a short-term course in Medical Transcription in 2006, that’s when I learned I could easily get through a course in the medical field.
I have once discussed it with My Prince but he prefers that I get the degree once I am there. He suggested that I can have it via online nursing degree which is more appealing to me.
I still have to think hard on what I really want to do when I get a new life from the Land Down Under soon. As earlier warned, I know it will be very different from what I used to here in my own country.
