It was in 2007 when I enrolled in a cooking class. To say that I am such a trying hard cook is an understatement, LOL!
You see, 2007 was election year. There were two elections that I had to hurdle but I still managed to go attend my cooking classes on Saturdays for 6 months. I can’t believe I was able to hurdle the short-term course despite the toxic schedule.
I was glad to finally had my diploma. Unfortunately, I can’t put into constant practice the learnings I had acquired because of my hectic sked. But if I do ever get the chance, I always make it a point to do the experimentations, hahaha!
