After I reached home from visiting my grandmom (Aunt of my Mom), I got an email from Windy with the subject entitled Crazy House and there’s a photo attached to it, which reads and I quote:
While driving around my locale to get to know it better, something that I haven’t had the time to do since I moved to this part of Johor Bahru, I sighted this odd looking house not very far from where I live.
Right smack in the middle of a new and more well developed part of JB, this house tried to imitate a Castle. It even had ramparts at the top and presumably took the huge monsoon drain outside to be its moat. No drawbridge however. LOL!
Then at the ground level for its facade it sports a Greco-Gothic roof. Incongruous to a Castle’s architecture.
Odd in the sense that it is right beside a modern housing estate (to its right) and the owner must be color blind. And three air conditioner compressors to boot. HAHAHA.
To what eccentric lengths some people go to exhibit their stupidity.

Well, some people at least have both originality and guts. I’d take the crazy house any day, if it was given to me. Wow, it’s so big, and what a view they must have from the rooftop.
In Norway they would definitely not been given building permission for this kind of folly.
Here we all live in little boxes, and we all look just the same.
