Everytime we go to the beach, I have always considered to buy goggles. You see, I have been wearing contact lenses and getting them exposed to dust, sand and salt water might cause infection to my eyes.
Apart from that, contact lenses might get out of my eyes uncontrollably once exposed to water. Though I haven’t experienced that as of yet, I will never want to take greater risks by exposing my eyes to foreign bodies minus the goggles. I need to take good care of my eyes, or else, goodbye blogging, LOL!
I feel a total invalid because of my sight problem. I have been advised to undergo laser surgery but I am not yet ready- emotionally and financially. Time will come that I will certainly take the plunge. I shall update you on that soon.
